KACI CROOKS PRODUCTIONS
"WE DO TV STUFF"
STUFF FROM 2008

HERE ARE JUST SOME OF THE JOBS THAT MADE 2008 GREAT...

Lou Rhodes @ Chrysler Booth

JANUARY - DETROIT AUTO SHOW
We provided Production Management and Producer Services at the NAIAS in Detroit for Chrysler. Lou Rhodes, President of the ENVI division, participated in an SMT about the automakers efforts towards developing electric vehicles.

FEBRUARY - RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT
Twice we worked with Rep. Ron Paul on interviews in support of his presidential campaign. Traveling to Columbia, SC and Washington, DC, we helped Dr. Paul do SMTs to connect with voters across the country.

APRIL - ING DIRECT
We provided Production Coordination, Equipment and Crews for a shoot at ING DIRECT Headquarters in Wilmington, DE. The resulting video has ING DIRECT's CEO of Savings, Arkadi Kuhlmann, inspiring Americans to become savers and get their money working for them. Have a look HERE.

Kaci and Dwight Howard
APRIL - "NBA BALLERS: Choose One" LAUNCH
Yes, NBA star Dwight Howard really IS that tall! (He called me 'short stuff'!)

We were in Orlando, FL with the Magic superstar, helping him do interviews about the release of the video game and being chosen as the cover athlete.

MAY - PHILLY STYLE MAG RE-LAUNCH
We were on the red carpet for Extra interviewing Jon Bon Jovi. Jon was chosen to be on the cover of the magazine for its re-launch under new ownership. (You can almost see my hand holding the mic!)

MAY - EISENHOWER FELLOWSHIPS
As the Chairman of the Eisenhower Fellowships, Gen. Colin Powell was asked to help create a video about the organization and we were there to shoot it. The organization provides development opportunities for leaders around the world. You can view some of what we shot HERE

JUNE - ALLSTATE HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
On the beach in Biloxi, MS, we helped Allstate connect with news viewers in hurricane prone areas. With the destruction still left behind after Katrina just yards away from our location, Allstate's Bill Melander gave important advice on ways to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season.

JULY - THE WEDDING CRASHERS

Liveshot with the Veaseys Demolition Derby Kaci and the Veaseys

You may now crash into the bride. Since Donald Veasey and Tina Holcombe met through their love of demolition derby, it seems only fitting to get married at one. We were there at the Cecil County Fair, shooting the wedding and the derby. Then the next morning, we helped the happy (and tired) couple through their live interviews on Good Morning America. You can see one of the interviews on ABC's site HERE

AUGUST - REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION

Convetion FloorKaci and Mayor Giuliani The candidates weren't the only ones addressing a huge audience from the Republican Convention.
Kaci was in St. Paul working with the Republican National Committee and AMV on non-stop SMTs for the 4 days of the event. The "who's who" of the Republican party, including Romney, Lott, Ridge, Brownbeck and Giuliani, were doing constant interviews with stations around the country to re-inforce the messages from the RNC.

SEPTEMBER - GOOD MORNING AMERICA WHISTLE STOP TOUR

Hillary ClintonKaci and Darcy Bonfil on the TrainJack's Oysterhouse

As part of ABC News' 50 States in 50 Days, GMA took to the rails for 5 days on a train outfitted for live broadcasts. Kaci was asked to serve as Operations Producer for the Albany stop, including a special interview with NY Sen. Hillary Clinton and a scrumptious meal served on the train platform from Jack's Oysterhouse.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER - THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES AND McCAIN CAMPAIGN TRAIL

Old Miss Press TentSt. Louis Press RowNashville Debate Hall

With the candidates in place, it was time to have them debate. So once again, Kaci was at each location producing media tours for the RNC. As election day drew closer, Sen. McCain made frequent visits to Pennsylvania. We helped the senator do interviews with news stations directly from the rally locations.

Taryn and Pennsbury Band
NOVEMBER - PHILADELPHIA THANKSGIVING PARADE
Again this year, we provided producer and crew for GMA's live hits from the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade. Taryn Winter-Brill was right out there in the middle of the parade, talking to the marching bands and dressing up as a Philadelphia Mummer.

DECEMBER - REGGIE FILS-AIME FROM NINTENDO
Despite the economic downturn, one sector that was still doing well for the holidays was Video Gaming. We were in Seattle with Reggie Fils-Aime as he talked to everyone from Fox Business to G4 Network about his company's success in this difficult climate. You can see the Fox Biz segment on their site HERE
